Justin Vineyards & Winery, founded by Justin and Deborah Baldwin in 1981, is one of San Luis Obispo’s oldest wineries, in central coast California.
The Resnicks’ Los Angeles-based Roll Global, owner of Fiji Water acquired the winery in 2010 .
Today the production is more than 200 000 cases .

This experience confirmed my idea of working in the wine industry, allowing me to see an entire year of wine production. I can now establish all the necessary analyzes for the winemaker so he can take all the actions and decisions necessary in the cellar. I am often in charge of organizing the work of the day and manage the operational team when I work in cellar.
✧ Harvest : Complete work assignments and work orders in timely manner.
Responsible for sanitation of cellar area, equipment, and tanks.
Assist in all cellar operations. Racking, transfers, and barrel downs.
Was part of the harvesting process. Intake, inoculations, chemical additions, and pressings.
Monitor temperature of wine tanks.
Clean, maintain, and organize barrels as needed.
Assist with still wine barrel work.
Maintain cellar inventory of supplies.

✧ Laboratory : My most current role after harvest is to support the lab supervisor and interact with the winemaking and production department to support lab, bottling, and wine tracking functions. I analyze wine samples from tanks and barrels : Volatile Acid , PH , TA, Free SO2 by Ripper and Aeration Oxidation, malic, residual sugar, bottling quality control, and enter all test results into the laboratory information management system JD Edwards

Clos Solene created by two talented french expat in California: Solène and Guillaume Fabre in 2007.
They make a very small production .
Guillaume is driven by an energy to seek better terroirs, better fruits, better barrels, and then make the best blends possible. The care and thought given to each aspect of the wine making process are apparent in Clos Solène wines through their fragrance, structure, flavor and elegance.

The meeting of these two French expatriates in California, was a revelation for me. The common passion for wine motivates every day Guillaume in his winemaking style and Solene in the administration part. With that said, their marketing and communication strategies were weak compared to the quality of their wines. They asked me to work for them and consult them in communicating their brand through:

I was able to put in place documents and train them to update regularly themselves. They are still using them today making all their marketing and communication templates unified.
I still help them to make new documents and brochures.

Eric and Lisa Jensen purchased 72 acres of the property in 2001 with the intent of growing the best fruit for some of the best wineries in the area (Linne Calodo and Saxum). After making wine with Justin Smith (of Saxum) for five years and Stephan Asseo (of L'Aventure Wines) for two years the Jensens decided it was time to create their own expression with Booker Vineyard. The 2005 Vintage was Booker Vineyard's first release with the wines being made by owner Eric Jensen.

This was my first experience in California and in winemaking. I think this adventure ( because we can say it was an adventure) changed me and gave me a new perspective on life and work.
My first harvest was very physical and demanded long hours seven days a week and up to 12 hours a day. It was a pleasure to wake up in the morning because I loved what I was doing.
After harvest, there was a quieter period where I learned important aspects of the vineyard. I helped in pruning and the maintenance of the vineyard.
It was in this property where I developed a passion for wine and decided to live in California to pursue a career in wine marketing.

This professional experience was very rewarding. This was my first job after my graduation. It gave me the confirmation for my passion in marketing and desire to work in that field. It was also when I realized I had a gift for it. What I loved most about this job was creating different tools for commercial team. I was responsible for the new supply management computer tool and trained the businesses. I loved to share and work with other services and try to explain and simplify the complex offer that we provided to attract more customers.

Societe Generale is one of the major French banks and one of the oldest. She is one of three pillars of the French banking industry nonmutual.

I worked directly with the Marketing Manager, the mission was to satisfy the fidelity and customer relationship between bank and customers. Inform them of changement in their bank agency, create a loyalty for the best customers by organizing private events for them or having personalized meetings to help them better place their money. I was also in charge of trying to get new customers, preferably young people and recruiting in business schools to create partnerships.

My first experience in marketing and communication, but especially in the field of wine. I was working in conjunction with the communications director. My role was to make the connection with external contacts (journalists, suppliers, customers ..) and make a first selection before submitting them to the Director of Communications. I was part of strategic decisions. That was my first time in a major international group and I really liked it. I helped organize Vinexpo which was really extraordinary to see a project from start to finish.

Andrea Dewit and Beatrice Asseo were born and raised in Austria and France, respectively.
The two friends found a like-minded design sensibility that speaks of the South of France and other destinations devoted to a chic, casual lifestyle. Inspired by the small boutiques of Europe, AndBe opened in February 2013 in Paso Robles, California.

I came back in France with my husband to process our working visa. During this time i was Manager Assistant of a boutique.
My principal mission was to take care of the store by organising the merchandising and windows. Follow the instructions from the head office for promotionals offers, advertisement who had be show in the store. Analyse objectives of the month, motivage and manage the sale team, give them goals to realise everydays.
Receive all the new items and place them in the store. As well as checking the money in the cashier, and make report to the sales REP.

They have stores in Europe, Asia, America and Australia. Its clothing line is generally characterised by French fashion trends.
